This Refund Policy explains when and how Startsy gives refunds. By using the Startsy website and services (“Service”), you agree to these rules.


1. Who Can Get a Refund

1.1 30-Day Guarantee:
You can get your money back if you are not happy with Startsy, within 30 days of first buying it.

1.2 Conditions for Refund:
You must:

  • Ask for the refund within 30 days of your first payment.
  • Not break any of our rules (Terms of Use).

2. How to Ask for a Refund

2.1 Contact Us:
Send an email to [email protected] and include:

  • Your name
  • When you paid
  • Why you want a refund

2.2 Processing Time:
We will check your request. If you qualify, you will get your refund in 3–5 business days.


3. When Refunds Are Not Given

3.1 Free Trials:
You cannot get a refund for free trial periods. Please use the free trial to test Startsy before paying.

3.2 Renewals:
We do not give refunds for subscription renewals. You can cancel before the next payment date.


4. Payment Disputes

4.1 Chargebacks:
If you go to your bank or card provider for a refund without talking to us first, we may suspend or close your account.
